Your First Session.
During your first session, we’ll start by talking about what’s currently going on in your life, including any physical or emotional challenges you’re facing. You can talk about as much or as little as you feel comfortable with—there’s no pressure.
I’ll ask about your sleep patterns, work and lifestyle, energy levels, medical history, and temperament to get a comprehensive understanding of you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
After listening to your concerns and exploring your intentions, I’ll explain the approach I recommend for you. My goal is to ensure you leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with a plan to move forward to work towards becoming the best version of you.
Most people who come to see me aren’t 100% sure on exactly what they need or want—they just know that something feels “off” or not quite right. And that’s okay. You don’t have to have all the answers. Together, we’ll figure out the best approach for you, whether that’s a one-off reset session, an intensive week, or a personalised six-month program. Whatever you need, I’ll create something that’s tailored specifically to you and your journey.
