How long is a session?
Your first session lasts one hour. During this time, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your full case history, including your lifestyle, past medical or surgical history, and work background. We’ll also explore your intentions and desired outcomes. From there, I’ll create a personalised plan tailored specifically to your needs.
How much is the first session?
The first session costs £85 for one hour.
How often should I come?
The frequency of your sessions depends entirely on what feels right for you. Some clients prefer longer sessions with more time in between to process what we’ve explored, while others find it beneficial to come weekly and work through things continuously. This is something we’ll discuss together and adjust as needed to fit your unique circumstances.
Do you offer home visits?
Based in Colchester, Essex, I offer in-person sessions, remote consultations via video call, and even home visits when needed.

I also offer tools like food intolerance testing and Cell Wellbeing Hair Analysis. Every session is tailored to support you as a whole person—emotionally, physically, and mentally—so we can work together in the most effective way for you.
